The way Weird Wally sees it is that all of politics starts locally.

And despite what is going on in Washington and the rest of the world, WW needs to look at what is most important in his life, right now and today.

The good news is…

It’s a no-brainer.

Family/relationship issues trumps city and state issues, which trumps national and international issues.

Am I even making sense to you?

Bye for now…

Hey WW, Just because your old friend bailed out and gave up on society doesn't mean you can!

Of course it makes perfect sense - first things first - how can anyone focus outside of themselves when they have personal things going on...

peace,

Bill,

you old fart.

Please remember that you are one of the few people I know that happens to be older then I.

And even though, only by a year or two, you are both my elder and mentor.

Now, tell me again why I should do what you say instead of do what you do?

Wally, you have to take care of the most important things. If you have time to blog on the side, do it. We need you, but you need to do what's right for you even more.

The things that touch us most often are the most important to us and most easy to see. That's why senators offices are always doing favors for constituents. They might do a lot in DC to help them out but sometimes it takes that direct help to win them over.

Thanks Kathy...I think you have a point and will probably be back blogging after a few weeks. Meanwhile, I'm on vacation.
